I am currently creating my own economy. I have already fleshed out a few methods like getting a player's balance, allowing players to pay other players, and setting the balance of a player. The only thing left on my to-do list is to create a method where a player can do /sell and it thereby takes the item from their hand and adds funds to their balance, based upon the item that they sold. Recently I tried to start the server after changing a couple of permissions settings and the whole permission system crashed. /pex doesn't work at all, nicknames are disabled, and default players no can no longer acess commands. I'm quite new at this, can anyone help me out?

I am grabbing the MaterialData of wool and changing its color, but when I put it back in it doesnt get updated...
Although the value in the ItemStack is the new color the inventory doesnt change it. is there an update method like in the block state?

Hi, I am making a plugin which teleports a player to a world when they get into a bed and are holding an item. I have a problem with my listener. When I expect it to intercept an event, nothing happens and I cannot get it to print a message to the console. I have tried using the PlayerEnterBedEvent, PlayerExitBedEvent, and PlayerInteract events to try and get a message to print to the console.

Hi there so, I have a survival server but was setting up a separate world for people to build in creative on PlotSquared and I read that PerWorldInv is the plugin to setup multiple inventories between worlds to stop people spawning in items for the survival world. Once I switch from the survival world and plotsquard though it removes the items from my inventory
If that makes any sense

Hi, so i want to make addon for skript. Something like this:

Code (YAML):

on swr start:
    loop players:
       send "test" to loop-player    

The first line works (the event is registered - Skript.registerEvent..)
But i don't know how to make list of variables and make able to get them. (the second and third line doesn't work)

Is there any way in Spigot 1.14.2 to prevent players from taking the book from a lectern, or has that not been implemented yet? I would prefer to let players read the book on the lectern but not steal it.

I saw some plugins being able to disable plugin when it gets leaked.. How to do it when every user downloads the same jar file? Is there something spigot does with our plugins so we can do stuff like leak protection?

At first in the 2013, many plugins do not block KillAura. Many members have requested KillAura detection plugin in bukkit.

Hi,

I'm using Villager#setVillagerExperience() in my plugin but it doesn't change anything.
The experience of the villager won't change, doesn't matter which value I'm trying to set.
Villager#getVillagerExperience() always returns the old value before using the setter method.

Hey,

according to the new villager leveling system released in 1.14, the villagers current level is shown in the trading GUI title as "{CustomName} - {level}" e.g. "My own title - Novice".

I'm looking for a possibility to disable this behaivor and setting the title to "{CustomName}" without showing the level. But I didn't find a way to change the InventoryViews title, because it's final and private.

Any ideas for a workaround?

So I was playing on a minecraft server and then a few moments later, multiple names started popping up (probably bots) and soon after, there was lagging and got logged out. I tried to rejoin but then It said I got kicked by AntibotDeluxe. My IP is Blocked. My question is where can I contact them? they didn't leave a contact email for me to email them on.

Hey everyone,

so I have my own mining plugin where a single ore block can be mined multiple times. For that I actually cancel the BlockBreakEvent. Now the problem is that when that event is cancelled, the tool of course won't lose durability. Now my question:

Is there an easy way to naturally decrease an items durability, including the level of the unbreaking enchantment the tool has, or do I have to do all of this manually?

I was wondering if its possible. Lets say i have a Bungeecord proxy set up and connect a spigot server and a few forge servers running modpacks. Is that possible? I've read about SpongeForge tho but my question was not answered before...

Hello, so I have installed spigot 1.14 onto a fresh server. I'm brand new to hosting minecraft servers and modding so looking for a little help. A little back ground on me. I played a lot of minecraft back in 09-13 but haven't played a lot since then. I used to play a lot with tekkit but I wasn't the host at the time so don't have experience setting modded servers up.
