So this isn't an issue with 1.13.x servers, this issue only occurred with 1.14.x servers. basically the server hangs after dumping the settings for the world using the custom generator, forcing you to Ctrl + C the server to stop it. Because of the fact that this code works in 1.13 and doesn't in 1.14 I suspect it's a bug? Anyway here is the code:
