Request: "max per chunk"

I want a plugin that set a limit for mobs/animals per chunk. example I have a pig farm and I get 50 pigs in one chunk (and I have 50 as max) and get one more into the chunk I want that one to be killed (the latest mob/animal after max be killed)

I want this plugin for a survival server im going to make.

Minecraft version: 1.14.2 (and newer when it release)
