Command to reload configs

This may have been suggested before, and I don't know how the bukkit java API works or anything, so don't hate me for saying something stupid.

My suggestion is basically a command that reload server.properties, bukkit.yml and spigot.yml.

I know the server.properties is reloaded during a /reload, but we all know how fantastic /reload is.
