[Need Help] Spigot 1.7.9 Failure

Updating to Spigot 1.7.9 made my server log look something like this:

And yes, the server did not stay up for more than 4 mins before it crashed.

ChestShop takes about 60 seconds to load.
Players are unable to see each others skin while using a Minecraft version better than 1.7.5.
My TPS are ALWAYS below 20.0.
The server frequently crashes, no crash reports generated.
Broadcasts made by plugins like DropParty or ClearLagg won't show up in-game, but only...
