How resource intensive are SQL Databases?

Hi. I'm planning on moving to a dedicated server to host some minigames, etc. I'm also going to need an SQL database. There will be multiple tables, and I will be tracking a lot of stat fields. Say I got 200 records in it. How much CPU/RAM/HARD DRIVE SPACE would this utilize? I'm still planning my deployment of servers etc over this machine.

I've never really knew how much resources a database uses, as I've only used these with my shared host, which was provided for me.
