Worldedit, symmetry?

Hey, Spigot community! Hope ya'll are having a nice day, well I'm not.

I'm currently building this spawn and I've come accross a dilemma. As you can see I'm building a spawn, but I need the left side to be the same as the right side, (the road) Do you know how I can do this? Help is much appreciated,
