Server Lag (Question)

Are any of the following plugins that server intensive that it would make the server lag? My server is experiencing some EXTREME lag spikes.

Specs of the server:
RAM (In GB):32 GB ECC DDR3
PRIMARY HARD DRIVE:120 GB Samsung SSD
BANDWIDTH: 40 TB Transfer (1 Gbps Uplink)
OPERATING SYSTEM: CentOS 64 Bit (Latest Stable)
Server itself: E3-1270 v3
