[Prison Server] Help!

I'm using permissionsEx for my permissions plugin.
I want to make donator ranks .

Something like :
[C-Prisoner] [VIP] GentleJokerz : Hello!

I know hwo to add suffix.
But after I add it become :
[C-Prisoner] GentleJokerz [VIP] : Hello!

And , how can I add [VIP] rank permisisons to GentleJokerz?
What command?
Please help me
