Weird crash that happens after a few minutes of server being up.

So my server has been crashing. I have not tried a different version of Spigot yet but I plan on doing so after I post this. The only log I could get my hands on for this was the ones located in the "logs" folder named latest.log. Here is a Pastebin of what happened: http://pastebin.com/ZBciCtWr

Ill try a new version now and see how things go. If you have any recommendations please let me know what to do.
