What's wrong with my spigot timings ?

Hey guys,

My server is hosted by VeryGames, I know it's not the better host but it should support 40 players, right ?

But not with my server, which crash when we have more than 30 players...

I use spigot, and here is my timings:

What can I do to optimize my server ?
