Server Specs

Hello Spigoteers!
So first and foremost to the discussion I've decided to Build & Collocate a server. So i've decied to get some opinions on what specs to get.

What the server will need todo

• Needs to be upgradable (E5 or E7 Processors)
  
• Host a Minecraft server (Max of around 750 Players, peak of around 1,000)
• Website

I've talked to Kainzo so i know about Collocating.
