Attack of the B Team TPS Issue

Hello,

I have been running an Attack of the B Team server for about 3 days now. On average, there are about 40 people online through all hours of the day. If you are not aware of what Attack of the B Team is, it's a modpack in the Technic launcher.

Recently we have noticed an extreme drop in the server TPS. We normally sit around 16-20 which is okay and acceptable for a large Attack of the B Team server.. But recently it has gone down to 6-10 TPS which can be extremely laggy and cause issues...
