I recently switched my server to Spigot. More people have started joining and staying because of the reduced lag from CraftBukkit. Anyways, I want to know how to get more people to join the server and how to get more people to stay on the server. Money is not an issue as I have around $200 to spend on the server, so would paying for advertisement be a good option? I have heard that it does not help much though. I have my server listed on 8 different server listing websites...
