So let me just start by saying that I am aware how many threads there are like this. I have browsed a lot of them and found mostly the same results, either too expensive or hosted in Europe. This is what I am looking for:

RAM: 24GB min, 48GB max (Looking for 32)
CPU: 3.2+ GHz
Harddrive: 1TB+
Internet speed: 100 Mbps min (Looking for 200)
Hosted in: North America
Price range: Looking to spend around $50-100 a month (not counting setup fees)
