Planet Minecraft Stats Tool + Auto bump

Is there any way to monitor various stats for PMC, such as average players per hour, amount of bumps per hour, submissions per hour, etc.?

For example, let's say around noon (EST), 5000 people are viewing PMC. Later (about 6PM), only 3000 are viewing. Some code would then display these stats in a graph.

Is this possible on a web panel or something?

Also, would there be a way to automatically bump a submission.
