My Towny server seems to run fine, other than Towny which generates heaps of lag on the PlayerLoginEvent, and I have no idea why.
Here are my timings (note, I only did this for a few minutes, but it is generally like this irregardless of the duration of the timing)

Could it be a possible plugin conflict which also uses the PlayerLoginEvent?
