I have an Intel E3-1240 with 16GB ram and 120gb ssd, all at a datacenter on 1gbit (windows). recently switched to SSD from HDD. i face this issue intermittently, every few hours or so. The server just freezes and lags. People can still type and chat but cant move or they just start lagging really hard, it lasts 5-10 seconds and then goes away and i also see a bunch of people disconnect or get moved to the fallback server (using bungee).
