Constant /help spam in logs

Not sure what's causing this, but I'm pretty sure its spigot/bukkit and not a plugin.


My server log is chalked full off these messages. Looks like /help is being run on a loop or something?

Spigot Version: #1303 (I've tried a few other spigot builds around 1299-1304 too, still persists)

Plugins: DoubleJump, Lores, NoCheatPlus, ProtocolLib, PlugMan, PermissionsEx,...
