Domains (Not Selling Nor Buying)

Hello,

I was recently on godaddy and I saw that there was going to be new domain extensions coming up such as: .land, .technology, .graphics etc.

I was thinking of getting a bunch of key word domains with the new extensions (Ex: pvp.land, minecraft.land etc. (Im not actually getting those )).

Do you guys think I should invest in these new domain extensions? If so, why? If not, why not?
