[Plugin Request] BungeeAuth

Hello guys, I have been using BungeeCord & Spigot on offline mode for a while now and I realised that having an bukkit auth plugin on every server takes much resources and sometimes I have problems with sessions through MySQL database. So my idea is that if there was a BungeeCord plugin where you must register to be able to move, to chat or even to use Bungee sided commands (like /server, /alert or even /end), it would be much easier for server owners to protect their accounts.
